Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Returns and refunds are only accepted for items with defects caused by manufacturing errors.

Each product listing includes a detailed size chart displayed in the product images, and customers are responsible for reviewing this information carefully before placing an order. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, personal preference, or ordering mistakes.

Personalized or customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

- Be unused and in the same condition as received

- Be returned in its original packaging

- Include a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
